Well clearly the best would be the Nvidia Geforce 6800GT 256MB but you know it depends on what budget you are looking for and what you need it for!

Wouldn't it be the nVidia GeForce 6800GT Ultra 256MB PCI-Express?

Because the bus speed for PCI-Express is more than double the speed of AGP. Thus, more than double the performance can be achieved

Every graphics card I have ever seen is internal. It would be pretty hard to get an external card, seeming as it needs to me connected to a port of the motherboard, which is INSIDE the case

Ermm, as far as I know, there is a VGA connecter, DVI Connecter, and a TV-Out Connecter on most graphic cards today... People mostly use the VGA (blue connection) connecter and the DVI Connecter (its kinda a pale white/cream colour I think!).

That's why I contained the word "can".

Yes, but assuming optimum conditions are in place, this would be the best nVidia Graphics Card out yet?

Best Nvidia card I suppose would be the 6800 Ultra.

Once overclocked to 6800 ultra speeds but the power is still not the same.
