Question Accessing Yahoo Mail

Hi all,

Currently i'm at school and i need to access my yahoo. Now i'm using safari at the moment (on a friends mac) and it closes on me.... i know why it just the way it is on the network.

In Firefox i can access it but the java doesn't work... i think it because it is the way i'm logged on as... when i was using a teacher's laptop it will let me in... now is there anyway i can get the yahoo mail in FF.. via an e-mail proxy.... i know about hotmail.. the school blocked that completely... now when they had the old theme of yahoo i could access it... now is this because of the java???

Thanks for all hope - i hope this makes sense :

Edit - I'm using the link - http://mail.yahoo.com

You can offer something to your webmaster to exclude yahoo & gmail from the firewall blocking list

I have already tried various ways and nothing worked....i think there is no other way....installing latest java / flash will not solve the problem.

Discussion of proxy is against forum rules... This thread will be closed soon. If you school blocks it there is a reason. The teacher probably is in a differnt OU then you on ad which allows the sites...
