Hey guys,
I'm looking to build my first PC. I would like for it to last me for a year and a half or so. I would like for it to run new games such as Warhammer Online, and Age of Conan on high settings lag free. My budget is around $1000 US give or take 100 or so. As it also being my first built PC i'm sure that I am forgetting some parts that I would need but just cant think of. Any input on parts or anything would be greatly appreciated. |

Are you in the US? Do you need monitor, keyboard, mouse, speakers or operative system?

Well, for games yes. A Quad Core is truly for multitasking computers. Most games don't use more than 1 core so a Dual Core is plenty for a Gaming rig.
