Default Creative Soundblaster giving errors.

Hello,

I have a new Creative Sound Blaster Audigy and I have sound from it, my microphone is working good.

BUT I can't do anything with it.
When I want to do something with the settings(opening it) I see:
That there are no valid audio-hardware is found(dont know if this is correct, i see it in my own language)

Tryed to replace it few times.
Reinstall tryed....

Nothing working, someone know?

PS: My PC is compatible with the card)

Also when I update, I need a disk(from station A) but my PC doesnt have one, why?

Thanks!
