Default WAV to WMA converter?

What is a good free music converter that will allow me to convert WAV to WMA so my Zune can read the songs?

My copy of MusicMatch Jukebox 5.x can convert
*.wav to .mp3 (CBR or VBR)
*.wav to .wma
*.mp3 to .wav
*.mp3 to .wma
*.mp3 to .mp3 (changing bitrate, CBR or VBR)
*.wma to .wav
*.wma to .mp3 (CBR or VBR)
If you record to or convert to .wma, you can even decide whether or not you want DRM! (ha!)
