Question eMachines T2245 Help

I have a eMachines T2245 Desktop Computer. When you power it on, The power lights come on & the system fan. I do not get any video or a system post. What can be the problem? Post your thoughts and comments. Thanks in advance.

Again with this problem, try re-seating the memory, are you installing the memory correctly?

Yes, I have tried many different sticks of memory. I bought this pc used for $10. When i bought it, The old owners told me one day they powered it on and nothing happened. This computer has a Intel Chip set & a Celeron 2.2 GHZ in it in case that helps you out.
