Its 1.66ghz. Since its a Sempron AMD claims the PR rating is what a original Duron would have to be running at for the same performance.

Its got alot to do with what game and how high you have the settings. AMD has used their PR rating on processors since the XP Athlon, a few before it. But stopped using it with the Agena/Phenom. Like mine is a X2 5600 but only runs a 2.8ghz stock.

Bash me if I'm being an idiot, but doesn't the PR rating mean what MHz a NetBurst CPU would have to be running at for the same performance? The whole PR thing originated from the times of P4 and the birth of NetBurst, I do believe...

It just so happen to turn out that way. AMDs looked slower on the store shelf, say a AMD at 1.6 was the same price as a Intel at 2.0 even though there were the same clock for clock. So AMD came up with this bright idea that they would calculate what the original Athlon and Duron would have to be running at for the same performance (bang came the PR rating). But I agree that was the plan,it really was to give it the same rating as the Intel.

2600+ = comparable to an intel pentium 4 2.6.
