Default New HardDrive for Raid setup

SO my computer got all missed up.

Anyway, I am looking for two cheap alternative hard drive to set up Raid to install Windows Vista Ultimate x64.

I currently have 2 of These (click me) in Raid 0. Two partitions, 1 for windows and one for movie/music/manga scan/whatever.

I am think of getting these two (click me) to do a raid 5 for installing vista on only and raid 0 the other two 500GB drive for installing games/applications/storage.

As one can see that my current drives has 16mb of memory and has 8.9/10.9/4.2 seek/write/Latency respectively

Compare to the Seagate with only 8MB of memory and 4.16 Latency (can't find the seek and write time for it

will the Seagate perform noticeably better in Raid (what ever the best performance for windows vista only) compare to Raid 0 that I currently have that is both for windows and storage?

If it is not noticeably better, will it be even a little better?

Thanks
