My keys are the same so thats not it. Change the movie record size from full to "half size" if that hasnt been done yet. Also try turning any AA or resolution down. It also could be something with graphics card. Does your pc or the game freeze and then fraps quits on you or what happens?

I uninstalled and reinstalled, Xfire Video Recorder works with F9, but Fraps wont record videos or pictures.
