Default Ubuntu help detecting cd driver

When i start nerolinux, i get the message:

Cannot get access to the following device:
/dev/sg0/ (SCSI Generic Device)

And magic iso says: Not found CDR/DVD driver.

I have a toshiba satellite m115-s1061 laptop. Does this mean i need to find this driver for my laptop, or enable it, and if so how can i go about this. Thanks for your help.
