G'day guys I've been getting some system slow downs lately. In games like CS Source and almost every other game I get huge amounts of lag... Even in Emulators I get lag spikes like you wouldn't believe. It wasn't always like this it just started occuring recently like a month or so ago... So any Ideas? I did have a couple ad aware programs but it turns out the companies have stoped making the program
So I havn't scaned for anything.. Haha If you could also suggest some good programs to help with the maintance of my computer it would be appreciated aswell...So yeah, Any help will be appreciated ![]()

Not like he was anything better to do..
minimun takes an hour, just do quick format and install.. he could watch tv while it installs so time goes faster -__-

But If did reinstall the OS that means I would also have to muck around installing all the games and whatnot. I would loose all my movies and music that I have on my first harddrive, but meh, It is possible I guess.
By the way I have got ccleaner its pretty good.. already got a couple gig back... Uhmm I'll give avast another shot.. What about for Adware?
