I'm tightening up my timing on my ram i have them at 4-4-5-18 i want to go further but i want to make sure it is stable what is a good program for doing that?
also how much life will be taken of my ram tightening them like this?

I'm not sure if it would stress test it, but a good program for testing RAM is called memtest, but that might just be for seeing if the RAM is good or not.

i am using this mentest but it will only let me test 851MB of ram i have 4G

never mind i did some reading an found out that is normal all i had to do was run 4 copys of the program an have them testing smaller amounts
