Update driver help?

I downloaded the 71.89 driver (i think it's forceware), and I get an error message:
"The NVIDIA Setup Program could not locate any drivers that are compatible with your current hardware. Setup will now exit."

DEVICE:
NVIDIA RIVA TNT2
CHIP TYPE: RIVA TNT2/TNT2 PRO

DRIVER:
main: nv4_disp.dll
version: 6.14.0010.4523 (ENGLISH)
Date: 7/28/2003 15:19:00

sounds like there is no need for a driver update

I'm not sure because a game I'm trying to run is saying there are no video modes found on my pc.
