ok i would like to know if i am slowly killing my ram by tightening my timings from (5-5-5-18) to (4-4-4-12) still at stock voltages 1.8V i do NOT have heat spreaders on my ram.

ok so voltages kill the ram but at tighter timings would there be more heat? if so would it be hot.
i am thinking of trying to go to 3 should i.

you wont be able too. you are lucky that they work at 4-4-4-12, those are pretty good timings. to get a cas latency of 3 like mine is pretty rare for ddr 800
