I just wondering which one of them is faster for gaming.

Intel® Core™2 Duo E8400 3.00 GHz 6 MB 1333 or Dual-Core Intel® Xeon® E3110 3.00 GHz 6 MB 1333 Thanks.

They're the same processor, the Xeon just happens to be the server version and is not worth the extra money for a desktop computer.

You only need the Xeon if you want to build a computer with two or more processors. Extreamly expensive and pointless unless your rendering 3D for animation or print. Usless for gaming.
