Default Mushkin DDR2-800 XP2-6400 4GB KIT

Are they any good?
I also have a chance of getting the Mushkin XP2-8500 4 GB DDR2 1066 for only 20 $ more!
Wich one should I take?

p.s. Im thinking of OC my machine (quad-core)
