2gb DDR3 @ 1333mhz would rather have gotten ddr2 but the board didn't support it.

2gb of stock ram which is only clocked at 330mhz. It is enough for now and im running vista. The only time I ever run out of ram is when im running a Virtual Machine and Installing a large app or game.
