someone please help before i go insane

can anyone pleeese help! i created a template, picture and blurb (not even fussed about the blurb!) and i want to put on my ebay listings, on the advert, not as a selected selling picture. How do i do this?? i've done in powerpoint. i know it can be done loads of people have it!

save as a jpeg and upload to here and copy and paste the ebay link.
