Sometimes scientists make things alot harder than they need to. All they've gotta do is put a big spring on the ground where they think it's gonna land, or send a mission to the moon to erect a sign that says "Welcome to Earth".

6200's are nice cards. Ones without fans can run rather hot, but they do very well for your average computing and minor gaming. Mine played Race Driver 2 pretty well, on low settings

So for business use, its not worth it to spend $50 more for the
EVGA GEFORCE 8600GT 1GB PCI-E (512-P2-N795-TR) then?

No way, there'd be no benefits unless you're playing games in your free time

It will work perfect, but as stated by The Other One, passively cooled versions run hot.

Yeah, I started to mention that. The one my compaq had was passivly cooled and would idle around 75*C if I recall correctly. It was great otherwise.
