x850xt vs x1950xtx loudness

which card is louder? i have x850xt and it is so loud. wondering if x1950xtx is less loud or more loud than the x850xt.

They're both loud, but I can't find an exact comparison. If you're into silence, get the Accelero S1, it's a passive heatsink so emits 0db of noise.
