Default PCI Card, Fast Speeds

I would like to do some research on PCI slot cards for laptops. I want to try to use the internet for gaming, on the go. My main concern is the price and speeds.

I am looking for a new Cell Carrier to, so if there is a bundle, that'd be good.

I remember Verizon advertised a Wireless PCI card, with like 3mb speed, and had a laptop gamer in it.

Thats not PCI, it's either a PCMCIA, CardBus, or Express Card slot.

Well I've always heard it as the PCI slot or Express Card slot.
