Compaq can't print TM-T88IV

Hi all friends,
I don't know why my compaq desktop can't print Epson TM-T88IV?
And most of Compaq desktop can't print Epson TM-T88IV.
How can I print TM-T88IV with Compaq desktop EVO CPU 2.4GHz?
I have installed its driver properly, I still can't print it. I have tested the driver to other brand computers and it does.
