I think that for their own good and for all other people's good around them they should stop being what they are and be more open to society.
Yeah but they're are people who dress up like that to follow the emo crowd and there's nothing emotional about those followers.

I think they are just conformists. I mean, the whole attitude that comes with the whole emo thing is just rediculous. They always gripe and complain how bad life is but never deal with things in an adult way. I don't mind the way they dress, just the attitude that gets associated with there style of clothing.

To everyone his belief...

Some people will like the style others won't... I don't dress like that, I dress more like a Punk even though I'm not into any fashion. Emo has become an insult because it is a fashion. Just like Punk has become a fashion ( a compliment to me ) and Hippie too...

I personally think they need help to get over their depression.

And I hate their music.
I prefer hippies (the non drug taking types).... and being a child of the 60's I prefer the music from back then as well.
hendrix at woodstock right? my uncle got me into his music lol.

Sometimes scientists make things alot harder than they need to. All they've gotta do is put a big spring on the ground where they think it's gonna land, or send a mission to the moon to erect a sign that says "Welcome to Earth".

I like how this has changed, Hendrix is a legend.

Emos though... Hmmm, Not so cool. But, It's up to them how they dress.

im not too fussed to be honest what people wear, sometimes the way they "try" to act irritates me a bit
"oh i'm emo i'm so depressed i cut my wrists etc"
no mate ur blatently not

Can't say I'm that impressed, but, Like Jim said, people wear what they want.
My sister went through that phase to. IMO it depends on if they just wear dark clothes, or if they actually try to harm themselves because they are always depressed.

She doesn't harm herself, I know she isn't that stupid. She just dresses like them and listens to the music...
