Hello,
Is there any disadvantages in buying Vista Business OEM other than losing Windows Media Center, the DVD creator, Windows Movie Maker and the free games that you would get with Vista Home Premium OEM? Thanks, Tom |

Not that I am aware of. I have Vista Business on both my laptop and desktop and even though it doesn't include those features, it includes other features which I would prefer anyways, that deal more with advanced networking options and business solutions.

I am upgrading from XP Pro and I want to be able to join a domain etc. so I have to buy either Business or Ultimate and to be honest all I can see is that I am paying around £40 more for Ultimate just to get some useless Movie Maker tools and Bitlocker drive encryption which I would not use anyway.
