General spyware/adware question
I'm curious: Whenever I encounter malicious software such as adware and/or spyware, it's usually connected either directly or indirectly with some website and/or product.
But the websites remain active and the products still sold... ...why? |

Because they are hosted in countries where there is no rules on internet. Therefore they are not violating laws and cannot be arrested...
