Default AVG Anti-Spyware

v7.5.1.43
If I understand this right. The free version which I have will no longer recieve updates.

Is there another free version thats available?

Thanks.

Why not both? I have avg 8.0 free edition and it has the antispyware stuff included in the package. Theres no harm done in have both AVAST and AVG together.

Oh, I always thought it wasn't a good idea to have two Anti-Virus apps to be running on the same computer.

For some reason, i've heard of people believing in that. Thats B.S. Think about it. if your in a war against a never ending besiege of attackers (viruss/adware/malware/trojans) what would you rather find yourself with. One gun (AVAST)? or two(avg and avast)?

naw. look online and you get two different sides of it. Theres no reason it should. I've had AVG 7 free/antivir/nod32 all installed at the same time. It was on a older comp and with only 1/2 gig of ram so the scanners took alot of resources, but just try it out. If they do conflict, its not like it will completely destroy ur system .
