Default Can I Save Vista???

I bought my computer with vista pre-loaded on it so i dont have a physical copy of vista. anyways I have been wanting to try ubunu (linux for human beings LOL!) but if its not for me i would like the opportunity to switch back with out re-buying vista...any ideas???

First off...the amzing thing is that Ubuntu comes on something called a Live CD. This way, you can just boot from the CD and you can just do a dry run with ubunto, without installing anything.

how do you clone your hard drive??? i have a seagate external 500gb so i would be able to...

that helps but i was wonering if there was a way to back it up on a nice physical cd/dvd???

Lol, not anyway that i knw of. Your hdd is atleast 9 gb+. no cd/dvd riught now can hold that. except the bluray/hddvd. You said you have an external drive, no?

yah, 500gb, would it work the same way as saving it on a cd to save it to the external???

thanks man, one last question what happens if the vista file saves copy over wrong? will i be ****ed? is there a free way to run two OS's? is that recommended?
