Default Installing XP..Error again..

My wife's pc kept getting errors so I decided to install a fresh copy of XP on it.. I was about 20-30% into the new install and I get the following error,...

STOP: C0000221 {BAD IMAGE CHECKSUM}

The image SHLWAPI.DLL is possibly corrupt. The header checksum does not match the computer checksum.

And it just stays stuck there on the blue screen... Any ideas??
