Default Screen recording software?

I am looking to make some web videos on how to's and want to be able to record what I do on the screen along with my audio.. Are there any free programs that any of you guys/girls would recommend?

You could try Free Screen Recorder. I've tried it and like it a fair bit.

But if you want something good that you don't mind paying for, try SnagIt8.
