Default orkut banned
One of my friend is in rjitd college , and in his college www.orkut.com is banned and he want to access this there is any by which he can access the orkut without owing administrator rights.

'Tis also illegal here at CF to talk about getting access to sites banned by any local authority... in this case, a college or university which is doing the banning.
