Default Dell D600 Dead Motherboard?

I have recently been having a load of Dell D600 laptops sent back to me completely dead.

Is this a common thing with D600 motherboards or does anyone have any ideas what could be causing this?

Thanks for your help

Be thankful, Dell is what keeps repair people busy.

Actually no. Those are the Latitudes.. I've sold several of them. They're actually a decent, rugged little machine. Is it the same people sending them back to you repeatedly?

I know those are latitudes, but if you look on ebay, most of the broken ones have a mobo failure.

what would be causing them to die though? The fact that the motherboard itself it cheap, or the cooling parts are cheap? Or dell as a whole is cheap?

i believe dell as a whole is cheap unless u pay 2gs for one but they might even have cheap components then,
