Default Mac Gaming help

hey i recently got a MacBook Air for graduation.. i also got the external disk drive, however when i tried to instal sims 2 on the new computer it would not work? what should i do?

Sims 2 is quite an old game, probably older than intel based macs have been available. The problem may lie there (it was written to work on the older ¨powerpc macs¨), in which case there is nothing you can do (unless there is a patch available, search for ¨intel mac sims2¨ and see what you can find)

google search rosetta for old PPC games, since rosetta is the translator used to translate PPC to intel based apps.
