Default Windows Vista Regular(?) vs. System Builders

I am curious what the differencei s between System Builders and Regular in Windows Vista 64-bit:

System Builders:

If you read through the "specs' they are basically the same. I think pretty much it's mis-nammed on newegg's behalf. Both state they are "OEM System Builder" versions. The more expensive one appears to have SP1 loaded.
