When I search my full name into google sites come up that I have joined or if I have posted a thread then it will come up. Just wondering is there anyway to stop it coming up when I search my name into google

Well my first recomendation is that when you join a forum on any public group, don't use your full name, use a handle. That way when you do a search for you name, it won't pop up.
Anyway, why wouldn't you want google to show your threads?
