Default Help me understand CPU-z

How come it says I have a 3.0ghz processor but the core speed says 2000 (2.0 i am assuming)

Nevermind....search works.
I have to disable speedstep and C1E in bios but correct me if I am wrong

You don't have to disable it, it just lowers your multiplier when your CPU isn't stressed. It bumps back up to 3.0 when you need it.

You don't lose any performance in leaving it on, you just save energy.
