Hey CF long time no post....
Seems as though i have some things to take care of...
Well i was just wondering if anyone would be able to
check over my hijackthis log file to make sure everything is ok.
The reason for this is just because i haven't used this computer
in a while i just wanted to make sure there aren't any keystroke
recorders or anything unwanted... If you see something wrong with
the log please tell me and let me know how to fix it.

The log looks clean only one thing you can fix with HijackThis:
