Default Make DVD with subtitles!

So I filmed a play that my little bro was in this week. I got the video captured (like an 8 gig file) and I want to add subtitles to the video (audio is hard to make out) and burn it to a DVD. Preferably as an option in the menu if possible.

I don't have anything buy Windows DVD maker and Movie Maker. What should I use?

Nero won't.

You can use DVD Flick or ConvertXtoDVD

I would try DVD Flick as it's free ...

And I'm also pretty sure nero would do the job.

I know most programs let you put titles over the video (IE rendered into the video) TMPGEnc DVD Author is the only program I have that allows for actual subtitles.
