Default Recommend a hard drive

I'm building a box for a friend and am having trouble choosing a hard drive for him. He has different priorities than I do. Here's what important, in descending order:

1. Capacity (must be 500GB - 1TB)
2. Reliability
3. Low noise
4. Speed
5. Price

Also, I'd prefer a SATA interface.

I was thinking the 1TB Western Digital Cavair GP drive (is this as unreliable as I hear the Caviar SE series is?), or maybe something from the Samsung Spinpoint T series.
