Default Suggestions on Gigabyte Motherboards

Looking for suggestions on a socket AM2 or AM2+ Gigabyte motherboard. My price limit is $70 for a board with no onboard video and $90 for a motherboard with onboard video.

I am going to use my system for older video games, record keeping and internet so I don't care about having a state of the art video card. I don't care if the motherboard is AM2+ socket or not since I don't plan on getting a Phenom processor with this motherboard. I am likely going to also buy the Athlon Dual-Core 4400+ Brisbane processor.

So far I am looking at the GIGABYTE GA-M61PME-S2 motherboard. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813128333

Any suggestions?

The only other board being a full size not micro atx model also seeing DDR2 1066 instead of DDR3 800 memory runs about $10 more then your limit for not having onboard video. That would be the GIGABYTE GA-MA770-S3 AM2+/AM2 AMD 770 ATX seen at http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813128327

The only alternative besides open box models that would be an Abit not Gigabyte board and not support the Phenom quad cores but runs DDR2 800 is the ABIT AN52V seen for $10 less then the other at http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813127035
