1: How Loud is MSI red dual pipe cooling 9600gt? is it louder than x850xt?

no cards have over 1 billion, i'm pretty sure it's only in the millions. monitors only dispay 16 million.

Dono exactly how loud it is, but it certainly can't be too quiet. You can always slap on an Accelero S1 and run it passively if you really want it to be quiet.
