I installed CoD4, Created an online profile, Played one game, Quit, then copied my old lvl 55 profile in, went back on and had everything back.

So, play a game online to make an account, quit. Then copy your old Save files in!

ya...you can download someone elses profile off the internet, rename it, and put it in your cod4 files. google it..i dont wanna find the link

EDIT: I had to do this when I reformatted. Put me at level 55 with all unlocks and skins.
