what would be the best software to have to secure your computer against everything. like virus, spy ware, ect...

I'm currently using avast, but i dont think it protects against spy ware

and it protects against every thing?


second question. lets say you have a virus or spy ware. how do you put your computer back to normal? how do you remove the virus or spy ware?
