how do you change the language for the dictionary in Outlook Express. For some reason mine is French and I have not been able to find any way to change it. Outlook Express says it looks to Microsoft Works for the dictionary, but I have Microsoft Works 2007, and the dictionary is English (Canada), so obviously OE does not look there. I am also running IE 7.

I'm afraid it all changed with Microsoft Office 2007, you no longer have spell checking capabilities in some languages when you use Outlook Express 6.0 with Windows XP Home & Professional. Apparently this is by design and not a fault.
