Hand coloring in photoshop

does anybody know how to take b&W digital photos and make them look hand colored? Like, old fashioned style?
If anyone has a bunch of RGB numbers, that would be great.

All you need to do is tweak the Filter settings. You can adjust as you like using the functions in, "Artistic" under "Filter".
