After Effects crashing. Really need help!

Hi.

I'm using After Effects right now with my XP 64 bit edition. It crashes randomly while im using the program and i get the BSOD. It is the only program that has ever done this. Im suspicious that it is caused by the xp 64 bit edition but I'm not sure. Does anyone have any idea what to do and what is wrong? My rig is in signature.

BTW. My job has given me a Vista Ultimate 64 version to use, but havent changed because I've heard some bad things about it. But do you think the upgrade to Vista will maybe solve the problem and has Vista become better than XP?

Does it randomly crash, or only when you import a file? (it used to crash on me when I tried to import videos)

Dont realle now. Cant figure out an exact thing to make it crash, sometimes it just crash other times if i delete a lot of layers at the same time. So yeah I guess it is random.
