Default Need A Browser Reccommendation

I have used Opera for many, many years (I used to pay for it). But I'm having too many major problems to put up with it anymore. A feature lacking with Firefox is to be able to move the bars around (which Opera does). I really have got used to my address bar, etc. being at the bottom of the screen. Recommendations, suggestions? For a new browser?

So you don't Firefox or Opera?

What about Safari or using IE7?

Safari is just unsecure, I wouldn't use that one on Windows.
IE 7.0 or 8.0 is the best choice then, but you can also use Flock. I've been using it it's as secure as Mozilla but it's maybe slower...
