Default Clock in military time, want to change to regular time

For some reason my clock changed to military time. I don't know how it happened but I would prefer regular time. Is there an easy solution for this? Thank you.

I always use my clocks in the 24-hour format, probably because I am British, but I could never go back to using 12 hours again.

I love 24 hour time - it's the modern way of thinking. Being British like said person above, I could never go back to 12 hour clocks once you get used to 24 hour lol.
