X38 vs. nForce

Hey guys,

Hope to check something slightly off this topic, but still between Intel chipset and nVdia chipset (X48 vs 780i).

Basically, I have asked a bit here and there and most of the ppl recommended Intel chipset over nVdia chipset due to its stability and reliability. Is nVdia chipset really that unstable or unreliable?

Anyway, I'm considering between Asus RamPage Formula and Asus Striker II Formula (I slightly favour Striker II coz it's nicer and the offered game seems better). The main difference between the 2 boards is that one uses X48 while the other use 780i. So any comments or experience dealing with these 2 boards are welcomed!
