Hello. I am going to start building a new computer and my budget is around $600 but i'm looking for as cheap as possible.
I'm wanting to build a system that can easily support Vista.
Also I would like to be able to run DreamWeaver, Photoshop, Visual Studio.
Also I would like to run games like World of Warcraft.
This is what I found so far and was wondering if it is ok or looking for any advice. Thank you.

SIGMA Mid Tower $54.99
Intel Core 2 Duo E6550 $159.99
GIGABYTE GA-P31-S3G LGA 775 $64.99
Kingston 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 $41.99
Seagate SATA 250GB 7200 RPM 8MB $59.99
MSI R3650-MD512 OC Radeon HD 3650 512MB $74.99
LITE-ON Black CD/DVDRW $30.99
Windows Vista Home Premium $99.99

Total: $587.92

Go for the 16 mb Seagate hard drive--it's the same price-why not go with the G.Skill memory-http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820231098 It will cost you less and will look better with your windowed case-plus it has heat spreaders-it's 44.99 but comes with free shipping( plus it's discounted $40 already.)

After checking a few things, the E7200 is the same speed as the E6550, but its nearly 30$ cheaper!

And I'd suggest getting a PSU from a reliable company on the list here.

The HD3650 GPU that you chose isn't a great gaming GPU, but for WOW it should be plenty.

Thanks for the pointers guys. Anything at a lower price is cool with me
I'm not a big gamer but would like to be able to play them.

I don't know why I didn't look at that before, but for the GPU...

This Sapphire one is cheaper, its just 59.99 and if you're willing to go a little higher, there is also this other Sapphire one which is GDDR3 at 76.99. That means its a little faster

I would think a case like the NSK4480B would be an improvement because the PSU is from a known brand and while its not ultra powerful, it should be alright for your needs.

Disregard the processor oscary linked to. If you like mailing in rebates (I don't), the memory he linked to is fine.

Oscary - dude you have to at least attempt to explain what you link to. I wouldn't even really consider it an issue if you weren't linking to seemingly-random components half the time.
