Default Does the Logitech Harmony work with...?

I wanted to know if the logitech harmony 880 or 1000 work with Windows media center on Vista.

I want to get it for my

Stereo
HD-tv
HD-Projector

but I just wasnt sure if it would work for my windows media center on my computer.

So far I have an MCE remote for my Happauge TV tuner card and a remote for every other device, but it would be nice to have one remote for all the components.
